How is per-tenant deployment different from regular SaaS?

Every ThorStack customer gets a dedicated deployment with an isolated Postgres database, isolated app and API instances, isolated vector store, and isolated object storage prefix. Nothing about your data sits next to another customer's data, and you choose your region. Most SaaS products run all customers on shared infrastructure; we do the opposite.

How is my data protected?

ThorStack is SOC 2 Type II certified and GDPR, NDPA, and ISO 27001 aligned. Each tenant has isolated infrastructure with TLS 1.2+ in transit and AES-256 at rest. Sovereign customers can bring their own KMS for encryption at rest and run on their own cloud. We never train shared AI models on customer data.
